Welcome to Vancouver Island South District -- we are made up of five individual Canadian Power & Sail squadrons in the Southern Vancouver Island region. Each squadron has it's own unique make-up, but common to all squadrons is boating education. Classes offered range from basic boating certification (Pleasure Craft Operator Cards, PCOC) through to advanced navigation courses. We also offer courses in martime radio (VHF Radio Operators Certificate), weather and boat maintenance.
