The Approved Boating Handbook helps you prepare for your Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) exam. Accredited by Transport Canada, this is an ideal manual for new boaters. Getting your card is a great way to have fun and stay safe on the water. With this card you are able to travel in both Canada and United States, as it is NASBLA approved. The Student Workbook contains activities and puzzles that enhance the material in the Handbook. It's also good for colouring!
