Need Replacement Cards?

CPS-ECP members save on replacement cards.

You can order replacement Pleasure Craft Operator Card or Restricted Operator Certificate cards online. Canadian Power and Sail will replace any PCOC issued by us or the Canadian Red Cross, if they are in our directory. Please register your account as a returning user, login, go to your Profile and update your mailing address before proceeding to payment. If our system cannot find your PCOC record, please contact the Office of Boating Safety at pcoc-ccep@tc.gc.ca or 1-800-267-6687.
