Adobe Issues

Please refer to Adobe technical support for issues related to Adobe Reader.

To view PDF reports Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed on your computer.

 

image1.gif Click Get Adobe Reader to download.

 

Most issues with viewing PDF reports are fixed by updating Adobe.

 

To update Adobe go to Adobe Help and then select Check for Updates.

Adobe Reader is now compatible with 64 bit Internet Explorer http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/tech-specs.html

 

Adobe Flash version 11 is compatible with 64 bit Windows 7 http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/000/6b3af6c9.html  Lower versions of flash will not run on 64 bit Internet Explorer.
